Your scenarios belong to you.
In this release, saved scenarios remain in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to our server, and no account is required.
What to know
Clearing browser data removes your plans. Do not enter account numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information into calculator fields.
The property-comparison and pricing-evidence workspaces also use local storage. Private labels, prices, comparable observations, dates, costs, and verification statuses do not leave your device. Files you export may contain these assumptions, so handle them as private financial information.
Analytics and regional choices
We use Google Analytics to count page visits and coarse actions: selecting a journey, first calculator engagement, a successful scenario save, next-step progression, opening a plan, using a feature, sharing, and clicking a contextual next step.
We do not send amounts, rates, income, debt, property details, comparable observations, scenario names or IDs, search text, notes, form entries, URL fragments, or URL query details. Advertising features, personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and when a region cannot be determined, Google Analytics stays off until you agree. Elsewhere, it may be enabled automatically for the session, and you can disable it at any time through Analytics choices in the footer.
The regional decision is calculated on our server using the DB-IP Lite geolocation database. Your IP address and country code are not returned to the browser or sent to Google for this decision. DB-IP Lite
