Published monthly index values are stored to one decimal. The 12-month view filters monthly observations from June 2025; the five-year view selects June observations from 2021–2026. Change is (end ÷ start − 1) × 100, shown to one decimal.

Published headline values are transcribed without interpolation and labelled GTA so they are not mistaken for a Toronto neighbourhood or property-type series.
Politique de révision Embedded releases are manually reviewed. A later source revision is not silently backfilled: the manifest version and retrieved date change, and saved browser observations retain their prior period/value for comparison.
Arrondissement Money is displayed to whole Canadian dollars unless noted; index and percent changes are displayed to one decimal; the policy rate is displayed to two decimals. Calculations use unformatted numbers.
Utilisation Links point to the publisher’s primary page. The app stores a small set of published headline facts and does not scrape or republish property listings. Users should follow each publisher’s terms for downstream redistribution.
